At Alpine International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached back into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the items.
